How do I fix this?

I managed to break off the ends of these bolts that hold the strut on place. This is a 2003 Impala, and now I am without a solution to this issue.

I think the bolt is smooth on the inside and that the threaded parts are broke off, but seeing as how I already managed to mess this up I am probably wrong. And suggestions are welcome, and also any ideas on what tool to move the remaining part of the bolt.

An air hammer from Harbor Freight with a flat punch on it should do the trick.

I tried, hard to get a solid impact

Tap, drill bit and easy out

BFH and a solid punch. Drive it right out. If you can't get a swing on it, get an air hammer like stated.

Also put a crescent wrench on the flats with a cheater pipe to get it turning. Once it starts moving, be sure most of the pressure's off the strut and hammer 'em on out.
