I carry the Presidio, no serrated blade(I hate them). It's a great knife, keeps an edge well. It is a tad heavy when wearing shorts without a belt. I can't speak for the Claymore.

They made an auto Mini Presidio for a couple of years, but discontinued it. If anyone sees one out there, let me know. It's on my wish list.

I did buy the Mini Reflex auto for "summer" carry. It's a tad lighter and the blade is a bit shorter.

I want it in an auto and they only offer the autos in partial serrated. I prefer plain edge but I can see the benefits of partial serrated… cutting rope, zip ties etc.

Weight isn’t a big deal for me. How does the handle hold up? They don’t have the claymore in a plain edge drop point but they do have it in a tan to plain edge. When I get that pro tech next It will have a drop point plain edge. My thought is it would be good to have a plain edge and a half serrated one as well, that way I could choose which one I need based on what my day entails.

No complaints. It handles well and no signs of wear at all.

Picked up a claymore in a trade recently. It's a nice knife but I'd never pay retail for one, Benchmades just seem grossly overpriced for what they are too me.

If anyone wants it I'll sell it for $150 shipped.
It's in good condition, no box or anything.

CLA and an old 3550 (now the stimulus) are my favorite BM side folding autos. Protech makes a great one as well. For a little bit more, LUDT is one of my favorite production autos.

Well I went with the Presidio. This thing is solid. I’m liking it so far. It is bigger and a little heavier than my old EDC Boker but not noticeable when in the pocket.
