MAS 1873 revolver, Chavelot-Delvigne design. Could be French or Belgian manufacture, exported to several nations’ armed forces.

Not a Webley.
Not an Enfield.
Not a S&W.
Not an Iver Johnston.
Not an H&R.
Not the MAS 1873 Chavelot-Delvigne design.
Not a Belgian Montenegrin "Gasser" (but the latch to open the action looks very similar, as does the Chavelot-Delvinge)

I think there's chance it's a middle eastern copy, given a little bit of a mix of Webley characteristics. Some are high quality and have some interesting innovations.
