It is not one of the ones mentioned so far (looks close to a few) and I have never seen its likes out and around.
The markings are unusual for the States or British or most industrial Nations but not uncommon on some of the "Hand built" pistols from the Saudi countries.
if it was built by any of the other countries mentioned it would have their markings on it as well (as per Normal) but again it also could be a scrubbed pistol that was reworked by someone.
More pictures are your friend and we need every little marking on it to be sure of its origin.
I hope someone will chime in that has seen one like it.
I was hoping that more pictures would have a small marking that I would recognize and be able to help.
Interesting Pistol and some people would add it to their collection if a fair price could be attained (and fair price is subjective in this case as you do not know who made it).
