Twenty Five acres between Canton and Cartersville that someone is offering for group use with the right leadership and plan.
He/She is looking for an individual to pitch ideas for this.

I am not that individual to head it up due to time constraints but can offer contributive effort or equipment services in a properly like minded group as a contribution.
I know nothing beyond what the ad says but know this will strike somebodies fancy.

All I see is an ad for someone who has land, but no farm or heavy equipment.

Could be a scam could be legit....anyways a lease and partnership agreement that would make it difficult for him to suddenly decide he does not need "like-minded" people can be constructed.

I think he still has it for sale. Just changed the ad. Anyhow I have responded to the ad...will let you know what kind of response I get. Here are a few of the questions I asked:


1. Are you open to an operating agreement drafted by an attorney?

2. Are you willing to have a environmental audit conducted on the property?

3. How will the produce/livestock be split among the group?

4. Will any of the produce/livestock be sold for profit?

5. If the answer to 4 is yes will the profits be split equally?

Did not ask if he expects the person or persons to buy-in to the group.
