Run the brass through a lee buldge buster and that will resize the whole case.hate the glock buldge.

You cannot run 9mm through the bulge buster. It is a tapered case. It only works on straight walled, i.e. .380, 40 S&W, 45 acp, 10mm etc. You will get it stuck if you try. Ask me how I know.

After I tried to shoot it I noticed all of the boxes has a place where the cardboard was rubbed down to the brown, like with an eraser. If you look real close you can tell he was removing where he had written "do not use" on every box.

I am betting he bought the ammo from an estate sale/pawn shop or the like and then resold it. That writing was probably someone else's writing he tried to erase.
