The problem your going to have is HAM radio operators and I can say this because, I am one. Are the WORST (worse than ODT) at haggling and if you can't prove the radio is in working order you'll have a tough time selling it. It's better to sell to one individual and have them drag it to hamfest once they get it working. Since the hobby is dying and the use of older equipment, is getting more limited it might be best to lump sell it.
