There should be a ODT gumbo cook off. Mine would probably be too spicy for most.

can make brunswick stew, gumbo, ribs , pork, beef - ….im getting hungry !

Sorry, forgot about the post after I finished the gumbo...

I made my own roux, Andouille sausage, couple bay leaves. No file’ and it was just fine over some heaping scoops of plain unseasoned rice.

I had it for dinner and 3 consecutive lunches this week hahaha
