Gumbo

I got the hankering for gumbo... anyone else around here like gumbo?

I don’t think you can make it wrong unless it comes out of a box or you have okra in it... lol

Use a good roux and andouille. The rest is pretty much up to preference. But your flavor comes from those two things. Don't forget LOTS of cayenne pepper too lol

Love me some gumbo. But I have to make it myself, I'm very picky when it comes to the roux. Has to have andouille sausage with chicken thighs.
