I would take the 400 and bore and stroke to a 434. In that sub frame chassis without a roll cage, 525hp is about all you can do

525 at normal RPM. 10,000 is a different story. Keeping piston weight down and stroke short helps keep stability at higher RPM's. The real power is coming from power adders anyway. That and massive compression.
