Celebrating Independence Day with family and friends today. I cooked about 30lbs of fish and we had a nice mixture if fixings. Fried catfish, fried gar nuggets, chicken tenders, homemade remoulade, homemade tartar sauce, corn on the cob, slaw, baked bass, blackberry cobbler and apple cobbler. Some of our guest brought a homemade banana pudding and chocolate cake. I was slipping and didn't get a picture until the first pan of catfish was getting gone but you get the just of it. I had the best of help rounding up the meat yesterday as well!!!
