Practice answering the common interview questions. What is your biggest fault ? What is something great you did at a former employer? How many sexual harassment lawsuits have you had ? Where are your pants?

Asking the "salary range" before the interview can save a lot of wasted time. No... I would not consider working for your company for 35% less than the going rate in the area.
