First Batch of Beer

Alright Guys my first batch will be coming out of my secondary fermenter Tomorrow. I will add the priming sugar and bottle it. In two weeks(4th of July) it will have aged and ready for consumption. Anyone brave enough..I mean uh..like to try some a homemade IPA on the 4th?

I can save you one, but yeah it is my favorite style. Next batch I am going to try a Wit. My second favorite.

I used Columbus and Cascade. I added cascade at the beginning and the end of the boil, I added the Columbus at the half mark(30min)

are you dry hopping during the ferment stage?

No dry hopping(snicker). I had to use the pellets.
