Hardest part was prep. Shredded cabbage, sliced mushrooms, sliced red peppers and zucchini. Fileted out the chicken breasts to make them uniform thickness. Threw them down on the Blackstone, salt and pepper on everything. A little Texas BBQ seasoning on the chicken...when cooked, brushed with BBQ sauce and flipped both times to char and thicken the sauce a little bit. Man!
