i need to talk to an ice agent asap, my psycho soon to be exwife(also illegal immigrant) has a brother who just got done doing 17yrs for attempted murder. She is a convicted felon, and the judge asked her if she was a citizen she said yes. We talked to Charles Kuck who is the best immigration attorney in Georgia; and nothing short of a presidential pardon would help her. Due to her insanity when I am anywhere remotely near her I don't carry. As I don't want her to call the cops and make up some **** where she says I threatened her wth a gun. The last experience I had were I took the kids to see her, she called the cops and told them I threatened to kill the kids and then her. Hence not having a gun when i am anywhere near her vicinity. But, if he comes to my parents house were i am currently stuck, i am locked and loaded. I worry about him catching me when I am dropping the kids off at school( 1 1/2hr drive from big canoe). I am just want to know the process of how my sister can "help" her back to her homeland, as I am done with all the threats she has made. The latest is she says she has a video(revenge porn) of me she will post on Facebook if I don't give her a tag for the car I sold her(she can't tag it herself) and money for an apartment. The irony, is that I had secured money for an apartment for her earlier today, and she said she didn't want to move. She must have thought it over, and realized it was a good deal, but her dumbass thought the best way to get the money was threatening me. Well, F her, her friends on Facebook aren't mine but one, and revenge porn is a high and aggravated misdemeanor in Georgia. I try and always find the bright side of things, so her post would be two birds(jail, deportation& custody of the kids to me) one stone. The kids and I had a great day picking apples, pony rides, and milking cows. So, all in all not a bad day, as I saved 2k on anpartment for her.

Careful what you wish for. She could just as easily claim you were part of a sham marriage to get her a green card. She'd have nothing to lose at that point.

Sounds like you either need to get law enforcement involved or hire an attorney to help guide you through the process and obtain a protective order.

She could, but she would have hard time proving the kids they had together were fake.
