I am looking for a cellular IoT router solution that would allow me to connect to a third-party device via ethernet so it would be reachable from a remote location. The router SIM card would need to have a static internet IP address and the router be capable of port forwarding so I can access the third party device (this device would have a static IP address). I don't need a ton of data per month, a standard connection would most likely result on less than 10mb and I would be connecting less than once a day.

I've had a hell of a time finding a cellular SIM card that provides an IP address on the internet (as opposed to a DHCP IP address on the cellular network), if you have any recommendations I would greatly appreciate it!!

Second vote for the Cradlepoint 5g access point , they are used quite a lot in the industry for failover backup connections etc.
