Damn hood won’t open

Sitting at the Chevy dealer waiting on them to open the hood on my wife’s ‘20 Tahoe. Pull handle under dash and no pop up of the hood. What a POS latch system.

They fixed it. The cable came off the latch

Out of warrantee but they didn’t charge me either.

You need to attach a cable with a pull handel that you can reach from under the bumper in case it happens again.
