Crock Pot Butt

  • 1 boston butt (fresh, or pork shoulder, about 4 pounds)
  • 2 onions (large, sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (pressed)
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup of favorite bbq sauce
Dump it all in, cut it on high for 4 hours, back to med for 4 hours, season to taste. More bbq sauce after it is pulled.

Adjust ingredients to your taste.
This is the one he posted..The Jury is still out for me to give an honest opinion. Time will tell butt I use many of these for part of my Injecting days.
I did a 5lb Boston butt a couple days ago using that recipe and everyone ate the hell out of it,it's gone.
 
Ok I she is pulled out and cooled, now to deFat I hate that stuff..

and yes that is the pizza pan I was talking about..Damn still have another two hrs if I don't fall asleep..
