Saw where the single mothers (one interviewed on TV news had six) are worrying about how they are going to feed their children that are out of school and not getting the free breakfast and lunch at Atlanta schools. DJD
In case anyone knows a child that does need their lunch in Gwinnett Countt the schools are providing lunch for the children they just have to be at their bus stop between 11 to 12pm the bus will drop off their lunch.
A couple of years ago, our system took a day off because of bad weather. A parent called the BOE office, wanting who was gonna feed her kids since they were not going to school to eat. She was pretty pissed about us taking the day off to avoid the tornadoes that were predicted to hit our area.

Schools are daycare these days. Closing the schools is gonna have a big impact on the economy.
This is what socialism looks like, folks. This is what I lived with for 20 years. Now take those shelves and imagine toothpaste, soap, shoe, clothing and all other parts of Kroger and WalMart looking like this. That's what Bernie bros and Biden demented bros will give us.
So teachers should just be sacrificed for the economy?
No. I wasn't stating any judgement. Just stating what I think will happen. I think we should have closed schools earlier.
