Quick relief if you don’t have anything else is plain yellow mustard smeared on thick. Works great. Have used it many time, even on sunburn.

Thats the stuff. AC wholesale places are cheaper. A well driller even cheaper, bentonite clay. But you'd have to premix & keep in mason jars. The heat bloc just has a coloring agent added. Funny how marketing raises the price
There is a yellowish creame paramedics use, don't know the name.
I badly burned my hand at work on an acetylene torch. I tried several ointments, no help. A fellow worker was a part time fireman and he offered to get me something. Came in the next morning with this stuff in a cup. It immediately took the pain away, and it didn't come back.
