I made some deviled egg Tater salad to go with it...I forgot to pick up some proper buns so it will be Necked..

I never put buns on bratwurst. I would hate to be under the covers with you tonight. Eggs and brats could be lethal

I did brats on the grill the other night.

Been dicing them up and frying them in a pan before combining eggs/scrambled eggs. Dang good.

Gonna add onions in the pan with the brats in the morning.

Hey @jeep78 To worn out to boil and grill, so for you I did Brats on the glass top with cast iron..
and so it's started. Beer, Vidalia's butter and seasoning.

No pictures, but did the same thing last night, except I finished them on the BGE. Pretty good eats.

Here lately I’ve been Browning a few sausages in the skillet then frying up 3-4 strips of bacon and setting them aside, slicing 1/2 a head of cabbage in to about 1-2” x 1/2” strips and adding it to the bacon grease, cooking until tender. Chop the bacon up and add it back to the cabbage, mix up and the. Set the sausages on top. Add about 1/2 a beer and cook down until the sausages are done.

makes a damn good meal...

I lived there with my wife, who I met there. Her mom made the best I have ever eaten. She also made spatla kind of a pancake batter noodle that would make you want to walk backwards and slap yo mama.
