I just broke out the Cast Iron and seared the brats in butter first..Cut up a Vidalia threw it in, added beer and seasoning, started cooking down until the beer had been reduced. I forgot the bell peppers my bad. Made a deviled egg potato salad cleaned my Cast Iron pan and sprayed the pan..Then fed my Bride and then myself..I finished 3/4 of one brat...and turned in shortly after..
