Bought a $2.99/lb Kroger Brisket Yesterday

Started it at 10 pm last night and pulled it off this morning at 10:30.

185 for the first 6 hours, then I bumped it up to 225 for the last 6. Wrapped it in foil for the last 3.
Similar to how I do mine. Throw it in at like 11 or so at 185 and let it go til I get up the next morning, maybe 7-8. At that time I wrap in butcher paper and let it ride til jiggly. rest in a cooler for 2 hours and cut into it.

Yep. That’s what I do.
