Bill of sale

Help me understand why some members require a bill of sale for the purchase of their firearms when in the state of Georgia it’s not a requirement. For me I won’t give my personal information to a stranger ( license number, address, CCP, phone number etc… it’s like asking for someone to break into my residence or even worse be scammed some way. I choose to keep scrolling when I see that in a ad what’s your opinion?

Oh damn, I for it this was the semi weekly BOS day. I was thinking it was Sat night drunk, and Wheels up Wed for those.
