Looks excellent! Ever thought about a new gasket on that egg? Also what do you have going on with the washers /screws on the grate?

Yeah it could use a new gasket but it still seals pretty good.

The screws are 4'' long with nuts and washers on the other end to raise the grill up higher when not using the plate setter. Cost about 4 bucks VS the egg ring at$40 bucks. I was using bricks but, then you have to find some where to put them when you don't need them. If I need to sear a steak or something I just flip it over and it's back to being low on the coals. 4 screws, 6 nuts and 6 washers
