Check your pellets. I’ve used Traeger pellets and they produce an insane amount of dust and not enough smoke or flavor.

I use Pit Boss Competition Blend in my Camp Chef pellet grill and couldn’t be happier. Smoked a small piece of salmon today and it came out perfect.

Agreed 100% and I just noticed after I tried a bag of traeger pellets. I have never had that problem with the pit boss competition blend.

My 1400 has been going strong for near 13-14 years. If it every ****s the bed, I’ll buy another just like it.

I second the smokintex. I've had mine 15 years with no problems. Works great.

Those look great.
I used to smoke my turkeys whole like that, but when I injected and spatchcocked mine last Thanksgiving I, and everyone who ate it, was sold that it the only way to go.

I have a Smoke Hollow I bought like new from a fellow ODT'er.
Entry level smoker I got to get started in electric but I've never felt the need to upgrade. That sucker is awesome and does everything I want it do.
