Let's be fair - crazy people do crazy things.

I'm sure that a lot of today's black political activists see much of the published wisdom of MLK as a kind of betrayal of modern black activism.

Talking about a future where MLK hoped his kids would be judged on the quality of their character rather than the color of their skin almost sounds like heresy today.
