Atlanta, hands down. The one in Chattanooga is nice, to be sure, but nothing beats the Georgia Aquarium. You will have to disarm, though, if that's a concern. Wanding and metal detectors.

Atlanta is nice, but Chatanooga seems bigger with more **** to see. When I left Atlanta I felt like I'd been had. I won't go back unless ticket prices go down.

The Chattanooga fish tank is a much different design than the ATL $$$$ one.
Both are worth a visit.
