The 10/22 is quiet - the action sounds like a soft nail gun.
But the Twins - they are Hollywood quiet. You hear a "dry fire" click, then it sounds like a hammer hits the target.

PWS T3 Summit - toggle bolt action 10/22.
PWS discontinued production to focus on their AR products. The T3 got a bad rap for being finicky. I've never had a problem with either of mine.
