10/22 Porn

Finally snagged a unicorn I've had my eye on for a couple of years.

Basic 1990 rifle...or is it? See anything unusual?

Anybody ever seen one of these before?

Still contemplating threading this barrel. I don't know why. My guy can use the end of the actual barrel as the thread protector so it won't even look any different when it's all screwed together. I just hate to change a rarity like this barrel to something different.

Thoughts?

I dont think they are that rare. Thread it and enjoy it.
They were only made in 1997 before Volquartsen bought the design because they were far superior to their own barrel. Not "rare" obviously, but very scarce nonetheless!

Just trying to decide if I need another gnat shooting 10/22 with threads! LOL

No threads. Bench snapper gun.

Hey 10/22 experts I have a question. My 10/22 is pictured below with the grey stock. I assume this is just a normal stock. The barrel is 18” (I have probably posted it before)

I just sent off for my first suppressor which is for .22 and now I’m looking into options to get my 10/22 threaded. Should I just get my barrel threaded or should I buy a threaded barrel? Looks like the threaded barrels are all .920” so would I need a new stock as well? (I don’t mind trying to modify this stock) Or should I just sell it and buy a threaded model?

(also would like to get my Henry threaded if you have info on that, I’ll take it as well)

Opinions welcome
Thanks!
