Whole lot of woulds and coulds in there. Sounds like another, don't use reloads, hollow points, magnums, high cap mags or any of the other that things that pop up from time to time that could be used against you.
What if you have the sign and you also call 911? I don't have the sign because they're tacky. But, I have enough real problems without inventing new things to be worried about.

Friends have bought me these kinds of signs and don't understand why I won't display them.Lol. I have a t-shirt that I wear occasionally that says "body piercing expert" with a picture of a glock, I always say I hope today is not the day whenever I wear that.
