What's on everyone's menu for Labor Day Weekend?
We'll be smoking a pork butt with all the fixins. Potato salad, baked beans, slaw. My mouth is watering already.
Cast iron thats properly seasoned. If you get a new Lodge you should sand it smooth before using. They come so rough now everything will stick. But for the $100+ difference over Butter Pat, Star Gazer etc. Its worth the time to sand down.
I always get aggravated when i go. I hate when they scoop out an item, put half on your meal and put the rest back. Skimpy ****ers. But with that said ive never left hungry
