Looks like a sporterized 1895 small ring, cock on closing, Mauser originally from Chile. Most likely chambered in 7x57 Mauser. Barrel looks original. Stock is probably original, but has been cut down and handguard discarded. Value is low due to not being in original military configuration...
Looks to be a small ring 93 based Mauser, not the more preferred 98 Mauser. Depending on condition and matching parts, it could be valued anywhere from $250 - $375, depending on the buyer.
I had some split at the primer. Pulled the bullets and quite a bit of the powder was "jelled" into a blob. Ended up pulling all 400+ rounds and saved the bullets. Dumped the rest.
Be carefull, my brass looked good with no sign of corrosion.
