Laye to the party but I just replaced scales on my trekker and my Huntsman with items from www.swissbianco.com.
What I did not know is he is in my backyard. He is in Blairsville!
I did stayglow yellow on my trekker and G10 blue glow dots on my Huntsman.
I had the scales next day.
I wanted to share this older Gerber multitool that I carry in my pack.
A friend gave this to me many years ago and while I've seem them on ebay, they're not really cmon and are undervalued. I would equate it more to a Swiss army knife that a Leatherman but it has some features that make...
I used a lansky kit for years and while there ate better kits available the Lansky taught me the angles and to hold a consistent angle by hand.
Now I more often put a convex edge on my blades with 800 to 3000 grit aluminum oxide paper on something like a firm mouse pad. Again, the consistent...

Last year I bought a Vulture Equipment Works Talon knife left over for 75% off online costs, and my son bought a nice Italian stiletto for a steal. He's tried to find one online and the closest he's seen them...
I got my link to registration yesterday. Can't wait. Think I'll actually try to get a Microtech OTF this year. I messed up last year and bought a gun right before the show, so was money poor.
Perhaps ISAK?

This benchmade is the closest similar knife I could find, but it's not so similar that it's definitive...
A quick update with a pic of the Savage sheath in Randall Type C style. I e-mail Harry Savage of Savage sheaths about making the sheath for the HALO. He replied back that he could make it specifically for this blade profile. It fits perfectly, like it "was made for it".
Also a lil pic of the...
