    My ex wife does not use a cutting board, she cuts on the granite countertops. Well, cuts is a misnomer, the knives are so dull she has to saw things. My kids are old enough to know what is what now, and openly scoff her dull knives. Son won't sharpen them for her anymore.
  6. Surface rust removal

    I am no fan of steel wool anymore, all made in china, and the coating on it seems to cause even more rust. Tends to leave fibers behind too. I no longer use it at all on refinishing wood stocks.

    A little blue loctite on those screws will square em away.
