That was the wife's plate, mine had much much more.
I used some blackening seasoning, cant remember the name of it, it has the a picture of a fat guy on the bottle, a well know chef and I just remember his name.
I coated the chicken with the seasoning a few hours before cooking, then seared it in a cast skillet until blackened then into a 250. grill till it was done.
