What kills me is cars where parts are made in Mexico, USA, and Canada. You might need a 7/8" socket on this nut and then a 10mm on the next one. Just standardize for anything that requires a socket. 8mm doesn't fit, 10mm is too big? Go with the 9mm, and what do you know!?

Most of John Deere equipment has both metric and standard nuts and bolts. Drives me insane.

Meh, you guys should have had a British motorcycle. Whitworth measurements are insane.
At one time I had an American car and Jap and Brit bikes. Had to have three different toolboxes.
