I'll never understand why we went to tenths of a foot in construction instead of just using metric. At least its better than feet+inches

What kills me is cars where parts are made in Mexico, USA, and Canada. You might need a 7/8" socket on this nut and then a 10mm on the next one. Just standardize for anything that requires a socket. 8mm doesn't fit, 10mm is too big? Go with the 9mm, and what do you know!?
