what she does to make it even more tender, is places the cuts between PressnSeal and pound it with the flat side of the meat tenderizer, try it on a few next time; you will like it
she does the same with boneless Pork Chops to make Schnitzel
I second that emotionMy grandma used to make me deer tenderloin biscuits when I was a kid. Cooked everything on a wood cook stove. If you've never had a biscuit cooked in one of those then you've never had a biscuit
