Wife's deer meat for dinner

Flour, salt, pepper, garlic salt and a little Cajun seasoning. Fried in cast iron skillet

looks fantastic
wife uses the same stuff
what she does to make it even more tender, is places the cuts between PressnSeal and pound it with the flat side of the meat tenderizer, try it on a few next time; you will like it
she does the same with boneless Pork Chops to make Schnitzel

I will definitely have to try that. I do chicken like that sometimes when I grill it.. I have a whole deer ham left from that deer. I'm thinking seriously about smoking it in my smoker.

My grandma used to make me deer tenderloin biscuits when I was a kid. Cooked everything on a wood cook stove. If you've never had a biscuit cooked in one of those then you've never had a biscuit
