Why start a trust for a Class III?

luckily i live in a small town with a sheriff that has no problem signing class three forms. i just go by cvs and pay $10 for passport pics, then get my prints done at the sheriffs office for free...done. i've done it twice and it's been pretty painless both times.

also, when you die, who ever wants the items in your family must pay the stamp again if they want the items.

Actually no, they do have to transfer the item, background check, finger prints, but there is no charge on a inherited item.
