Why do posts get shut down so quicly and hats handed out?

All this drama is irritating. If two people have a problem give them a private room to sort it out...Don't act like Gods.

A little smoteing or smiting never hurt anyone...That's whats wrong now, every one wants to talk about feelings instead of just finishing and sorting things out. Worked on the play ground when we was little, should still work.
