who is ready for deer season?

Put the cross hairs on a nice doe this morning. She walked up on the lake while I was checking for beavers. She was decent but it's not land I'll be able to hunt.

Been ready have 4 plots growing very well some with corn.4 mineral blocks and raining golden nuggets.Yea ticks are freaking terrible and chiggers aswell.

Me! I'm excited to get on the tractor and start getting things cut down and plots set up too. All this rain is making the brush grow like crazy again this year. We've been seeing a lot of healthy deer though.

And yeah, ticks have been pretty bad this year.

You are lucky... I planted my soybeans on April 19th and it hasn't rained on them since the day after I planted. Had rain all over the rest of the county once or twice but not on my beans. Have driven home for 9 straight work days with rain somewhere on my route but not at the house!

Atlanta dates are August 1-3 & Perry is August 15-17. I'll go to the Perry show. Went there last year and it was very enjoyable. Reminded me of the Atlanta show in the 90s.
