If you've ever seen what most janitor's closets look like, you wouldn't want to be using them to dry with anyway

The roles don't come individually wrapped in plastic like the paper towels on the store shelf. They usually are just sitting on a shelf (or on the floor) with all the roaches that hang out near the nasty drain in the floor where they dump the mop bucket. Just saying.
