Its not a grant ,but you can write it off on your taxes as pest control if you have a business that warrants pest control tools like nv,thermal,guns,ammo.

whats hard about these shots? never fired from a moving helicopter as awesome as that could be, but it doesnt seem to difficult

Don't know about moving helicopter ,but any moving hog is hard to hit .I have seen people that are great shots empty mags at night on running hogs ,and not hit any .
