Anyone know how easy or difficult it is to obtain a non-resident FL carry permit? Because there are a lot of states that don't accept a GA permit, but will honor a non-resident FL permit.

It's pretty easy, unless you have to obtain training to meet the requirement. Hunter Safety Course Certificate will work for the training requirement.
