Where to buy bulk supplies locally...

The wifey got a pretty nice mill. Hers is electric with a hand crank (yeah, right), you can attatch a pulley for bike, etc.,
She has a few diff books that include sections of info about your own flour, tortillas, breads, etc.,

For salt have you tried Tractor supply

I've stopped buying for now but one of my favorite go to places for bulk stuff, already packaged or to repackage is Bread Beckers, 305 Bell Park Dr, Woodstock, GA 30188 They have a big online presence so you can check them out before heading up. You can also shop online and they will ship. They have how to videos and give classes (or did before the "event").

Also, for bulk salt and spices, go to Sam's club. They also deliver and a lot of stuff that is on their site is only available online. At Halloween time our church did a Trunk or Treat. I picked up a lot of hotdogs from Sam's but I needed a lot of condiment packs and they had them online at very reasonable prices, including shipping.
