Just rolled the sweet potatoes in melted butter and sea salt... sealed up in foil and tossed in the smoker.

They look awesome. 3,2,1,is a great method. What rub do you use?
just a simple brown sugar, white sugar, garlic powder, black pepper, cumin, and some Crystal hot sauce
I add crushed sea salt just before entering the smoker
