When will you be planting your food plots?

Couldn't get mine in until yesterday. The biblical drought and earliest winter in history shall now begin.

Lol, well I had the right idea just the wrong direction. Cell cam sent pics about an hour and a half ago. That entire area is under water. River left its banks. Probably the 4th time in about 15 years. So maybe not biblical, but definitely my luck.

Ugh.... so here's a pic literally an hour after I planted on Oct 1st. You can see the edge of the plot where there is exposed dirt

Here's a pic 10 days later. Nice green up.

And here's a pic the next day after the remnants of Delta moved through...

And..... yesterday..... Note the mud where it used to be green. (And yes the yote will die. I have countless pics of him. He's gotten WAY too comfortable.)

Just depends if there was much current as to how much I lost. I'll know shortly but that last pic isn't encouraging as the majority of the plot is to the left and there's a gentle DOWNHILL grade going that way, meaning, it would have been even deeper water.
