To your original question, Carroll Co is not “Metro Atlanta” like Douglas Co. No emissions or other things outside of Metro. I agree though, Villa Rica has really gone down hill, but really where hasn’t?

there's a guy in Villa Rica that apparently knows whats up. He introduced himself while I was filling a tire at a Shell station. Word is, he can get you anything you want..... I assume he meant information on the political movers and shakers. Can't miss him, giant white tee shirt and judging by his pants, he recently lost a good deal of weight.
